Julie Kelleher (b. Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland, 1957) studied in both the Crawford School of Art, Cork and National College of Art and Design, Dublin.
Solo shows have included TigFilí, Cork (2001); Octagon Gallery, Belfast (1987); Triskel Arts Centre, Cork (1983); and Project Arts Centre, Dublin (1979). Group exhibitions include Lavit Gallery Cork (1999); ‘Cork – Cracow’ Art Hive, Cork (1994); Irish Exhibition of Living Art (1987); SADE’87; and ‘Cork Art Now’ at Crawford Gallery, Cork (1985). Kelleher was commissioned by The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon to produce work for the touring school show ‘Heroes’ (1986) and ‘A Special Place’ (1988).
Her work is included in the Crawford Collection along with The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon’s collection.
