Figgis, Genieve
Genieve Figgis (b. 1972) studied at Gorey
School of Art and the National College of Art + Design. She has exhibited
extensively across the world including solo exhibitions at Consortium Museum, Dijon, Almine Rech London, and the Met Opera New York,
as well as group exhibitions at Irish Museum of Modern Art, the National Museum
of Ireland and the RHA. This painting is the only one held in a public
collection anywhere in the world.
