Lattanzi, Luciano
Luciano Lattanzi (b. Carrara, Italy, 1925, and d. 2010) graduated in English Language and Literature at the Oriental Institute of Naples.
Solo shows include a retrospective exhibition at the Church of the Intercession in Carrara (2006) and University of Minnesota (1959). He exhibited at ‘Graphica 2’ - which included artworks from a graphic studio set up by Laura Vecchi in Galway - at Bank of Ireland Exhibition Hall (1979). Other group shows include GAMeC, Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Bergamo, Bergamo (1999); Venice Biennale (1964) and New Vision Gallery in London (1957).
His work is included in the collections of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon; GAMeC Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Bergamo; Museo d'arte contemporanea e del Novecento; and Tate Britain, London.
