Mark Joyce b. Dublin, Ireland, 1966, studied painting at the Royal College of Art, London.

Solo exhibitions include Green on Red Gallery, Dublin (2012, 2009, 2006, 2003, 2000, 1996, 1994); Galway Arts Centre, Galway (2004); Diorama Arts Centre, London, UK (1997); Limerick City Gallery, Limerick (1995); Bemis Centre for Contemporary Arts, Omaha, Nebraska (1995); and Sligo Art Gallery, Sligo (1994). Recent group exhibitions include Temple Bar Gallery & Studios, Dublin (2012); ‘Hybrid’ Red Line, Denver (2012); ‘Blood, Smears and Stains’, Transition Gallery, London (2011); Icelandic Art Centre, Reykjavik (2011); and ‘Object’, Crafts Council of Ireland, Kilkenny Castle (2009).

His work is in many public collections including the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Dublin, and the Arts Council of Ireland.
