Carlisle, Anne

Anne Carlisle (b. Templepatrick, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland, 1956) studied at the Ulster College of Art and Chelsea College of Art, London.

Solo exhibitions of her work include ‘I Am’ at Orchard Gallery, Derry, (2000); Hendriks Gallery, Dublin (1985); and Octagon Gallery, Belfast (1981). Group Shows include ‘8 Weeks 8 Works’, Art and Research Exchange Belfast (1982) and regular participation in the major group shows Irish Exhibition of Living Art, SADE and eva International, Limerick.

Her work is held in the collections of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
