Coleman, Michael

Michael Coleman b. in Dublin, Ireland in 1951, is a self-taught painter.

Recent exhibitions include solo representations at the Cross Gallery (2007), Draíocht Arts Centre (2002) and inclusion in the group show ‘Collecting for Ireland, works from the Arts Council Collection’ , The Hunt Museum , Limerick (2011).

Coleman is represented in the public collections of Trinity College Dublin; Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Dublin; Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane; Office of Public Works; and the National Self-Portrait Gallery, Limerick among others.
