Fitzgerald, June

June Fitzgerald (b. Cork, Ireland, 1955) studied art at the Crawford College of Art, Cork.

She had a two-person show in Triskel Arts Centre, Cork in 1990 and had her first one-person exhibition in the same venue in 1994. Other solo shows include James Barry Exhibition Centre, Cork Institute of Technology (2010) and The Arts Council, Dublin (1994). Group shows include Fenton Gallery Cork, (2004) Cork Artists Collective, Cork (1990); SADE ’87 and SADE ’82, Cork. She was commissioned by The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon to produce work for the touring school show ‘Inside Out’ (1993).

Fitzgerald’s work is included in The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon’s collection.
