McAleer, Clement
Clement Mcaleer (b. Co. Tyrone, Northern, Ireland, 1949) studied Fine Art at Canterbury College of Art and the Royal College of Art, London.
Public and corporate collections including Irish Museum of Modern Art (Dublin), Ulster Museum (Belfast), Walker Art Gallery (Liverpool), the Arts Councils of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the European Parliament (Brussels) and Allied Irish Banks. Solo exhibitions include Art First, London (2009, 2007, 2003, 2002); Gordon Gallery , Derry (2009, 2006); The Engine Room Gallery, Belfast (2008); Hallward Gallery, Dublin (2006, 2002); and Fenderesky Gallery, Belfast (2002). Group shows include regular participation in Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, London and regular shows at representing Gallery Art First, London.
