O'Connor, Mary

Mary O’Connor (b. Limerick, Ireland, 1959) studied at Crawford College of Art, Cork and Royal College of Art, London.

Solo exhibitions of her work include Tom Caldwell Gallery, Dublin (1985); Triskel Arts Centre, Cork (1982); and Cork Arts Society, Cork (1982). Group shows include Cork Art Now, Crawford Art Gallery, Cork (1985); Independent Artists (1982); Irish Exhibition of Living Art (1982); and eva International, Limerick (1981).

Her work was commissioned by the Arts Council/An Comhairle Ealaoin for a schools touring exhibition ‘Heroes’ (1987).
