Plowman, Chris

Chris Plowman (b. Fareham, Hampshire, 1952 and d. 2009).

He was educated at Peter Symonds School, Winchester, Winchester School of Art, Wolverhampton Polytechnic and the Royal College of Art. He exhibited at ‘Five Years of Printmaking at the National College of Art and Design’, Bank of Ireland Exhibition Hall (1982).

A number of his works are now in the Tate Gallery, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the British Council and New York Public Library collections, as well as The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
