Quilligan, Paul

Paul Quilligan studied at Dublin Institute of Technology. He is an architect and Managing Partner at Quilligan Architects. He was awarded Ramses Square International Urban Design Competition (2009) and Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, New York redesign competition (2008).

A banner he produced now remains in the collection of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
