Gallagher, Samuel

Samuel Gallagher (b. Offaly, Ireland, 1954) bought his first camera in 1976 and began to teach himself about photography.

Solo exhibitions include Project Arts Centre, Dublin (1984); Arts Council Touring Exhibition, ‘Out of the Shadows’ (1981). He participated in Exposure 2, at Bank of Ireland Exhibition Hall, Dublin (1981) and eva International, Limerick (1981).

He is represented in the The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon’s collection.
