Woods, Gordon

Gordon Woods (b. Antrim, Northern Ireland, 1938).

He has held solo shows at Orchard Gallery, Derry (1986); Newry and Mourne Arts Centre (1984); Coleraine Arts Festival, New University of Ulster Gallery (1978); among others. Major group exhibitions include Oireachtas (numerous occasions); Irish Exhibition of Living Art (1985); Documenta, Germany (1976); and eva International, Limerick (1977).

His work is represented in the collection of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, as well as Ulster Museum, Belfast; Arts Council of Northern Ireland; AIB (Allied Irish Banks) and others.
