Blodau, Dietrich

Dietrich Blodau established and was head of the Print Department in Limerick School of Art and Design, Limerick Institute of Technology, for many years. Dietrich has worked in the Druckwerkstadt Print Workshop, in Berlin.

Group shows he has participated in include: Limerick Printmakers Studio & Gallery (2012); Doswell Gallery, Limerick (2003); ‘Limericks’, in Berlin, Havanna, Dublin and Skibereen, (1997-98); eva International, Limerick (1978); and Emmet Gallery, Dublin 1974.

His work is represented in the collection of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
