Wade, Jonathan

Jonathan Wade (b. Dublin, 1941 and d. 1973) studied at the National College of Art and Design.

Ballyfermot Public Library held a retrospective of his work in 1987 and he had solo shows at The Project Arts Centre, Dublin (1970) and  Fergus O’Farrell Gallery (1966). Major group exhibitions include regular inclusion in ROSC, Oireachtas, RHA and Independent Artists’ shows.

Wade is represented in the collections of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane.
