Short, Constance

Constance Short (b. Clones, Co Monaghan, Ireland, 1944) is largely self-taught as an artist.

Short’s solo shows include the Galway Arts Centre (2005); Project Arts Centre, (2003); The Basement Gallery, Dundalk  (2004); and The Linen Hall Library Belfast (2004). Group shows include Rua Red, Tallaght Co. Dublin (2009); ‘Independent Artists’ Guinness Hop Store (1986); and Oireachtas on numerous occasions.

Short’s work is included in the collection of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon; Athlone IT; Dundalk IT and Dundalk Museum.
