Ni Mhaonaigh, Sinead

Sinéad Ní Mhaonaigh (b. Ireland, 1977) studied at Dublin Institute of Technology.

Ní Mhaonaigh’s recent solo exhibitions include Millennium Court Arts Centre, Portadown, Northern Ireland (2012); Highlanes Gallery (2011); Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris (2011); West Cork Arts Centre, (2010); and  Galway Arts Centre (2009). Her work has been selected for the following group exhibitions, ‘UNBUILDING’ at the Mermaid Arts Centre (2010); ‘Regarding Painting’ at Kevin Kavanagh, Dublin (2010); and ‘Futures’ RHA Gallagher Gallery (2009).

Her work is included in many public collections, including Contemporary Irish Arts Society; The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, the Office of Public Works; Dublin Institute of Technology; Boyle Civic Collection; The Mermaid Arts Centre; and Drogheda Municipal Art Collection at Highlanes Gallery.
