de Fouw, Remco
Remco De Fouw (b. 1962) qualified as a carpenter before studying at National College of Art and Design, Dublin.
Solo exhibitions of De Fouw’s work include Kevin Kavanagh Gallery, Dublin (2002); Model Arts Centre, Sligo (1998); Temple Bar Galleries, Dublin (1997); Limerick City Gallery, and Project Arts Centre, Dublin (both 1994). He has regularly been part of major group shows including Sculpture in Context (2002, 1998, 1989, 1991, 1988); eva International, Limerick (1998, 1990, 1988) and the RHA Annual Exhibition on numerous occasions.
His work is in private and public collections, at home and abroad including Irish Life, AerRianta, Donegal County Council, Wicklow County Council, The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and the Office of Public Works (OPW).
