Cronin, John

John Cronin (b. Dublin, Ireland, 1966) studied at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin.

He has held solo exhibitions frequently with his representative gallery, Green on Red, Dublin (2013, 2011, 2009 2007, 2005, 2003, 2001, 2000, 1998, 1995, 1994); as well as with Sirius Project Gallery, Cobh, Co. Cork (1998); Oliver Dowling Gallery, Dublin (1992); and Temple Bar Galleries & Studios, Dublin (1989). Cronin has regularly exhibited at the annual RHA and Oireachtas exhibitions since graduating in 1988.

Apart from The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, he is represented in numerous national and international collections including Dublin City Gallery, The Hugh Lane; Hunt Collection, Limerick; Contemporary Irish Art Society; Office of Public Works (OPW); and Scott Tallon and Walker, Dublin among many others.
