Delaney, Catherine

Catherine Delaney (b. Dublin, Ireland, 1965) studied at National College of Art and Design, Dublin; Johnson Atelier in Princeton, New Jersey, USA and Akademie Der Bildenden Kunste, Munich in Germany.

She had her first solo exhibition in the Project Arts Centre in 1994 entitled ‘Rib By Rib’. Other solo shows include The Lab, Dublin (2012); Solstice Arts Centre, Meath (2010); and Grennan Water Mill, Thomastown (1998). She has participated in major group shows Iontas, RHA, and Oireachtas regularly.

Her work is represented in numerous public and private collections in Ireland, the UK and the United States including The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and Office of Public Works (OPW).
