Doris, Chris

Chris Doris (b. England, 1962) studied at Dun Laoghaire School of Art and Design.

Solo exhibitions of his work have included Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane (2010); The Paul Kane Gallery, Dublin (2009, 2007); Castlelacken Studio, Mayo (2008); and The Dock, Carrick on Shannon (2006). Doris has exhibited at the Clairemorris Open Exhibition (1988); Irish Exhibiton of Living Art (1987); and with the Independent Artists (1986).

Collections that hold his work include Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Dublin; Bank Of Ireland; Arts Council of Ireland/An Chomhairle Ealaoín; Contemporary Irish Arts Society; and Mayo County Council among others.
