Lennon, Ciarán

Ciarán Lennon (b. Dublin, Ireland, 1947).

Solo exhibitions have included Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris (2009); Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin (2009); The Arken Museum of Contemporary Art, Copenhagen (2003); The Chester Beatty Library, Dublin, (2002); and The National Gallery of Ireland, (2002). Group shows include ‘Works from the Arts Council Collection’, The Hunt Museum, Limerick (2011); The Drawing Centre, New York, (1999); Irish Museum of Irish Art, Dublin (1997); L'Imaginnaire Irlandais, Paris (1996) and Sao Paulo Biennale, Brazil (1995).

Collections where his work can be found include Ulster Museum; Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA); Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane; Trinity College Dublin; Kamarsky Collection, New York; and The Fogg Museum of Fine Art, Harvard, as well as The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
