Colman, Eamon

Eamon Colman (b. Dublin, Ireland, 1957) studied at Trinity College Dublin and the National College of Art and Design, Dublin.

He has held solo exhibits at the Stern Studio Gallery, Vienna (2011); Rua Red, Tallaght (2010); Cecille R. Hunt Gallery, St. Louis, USA (2008); and Oriel Queens Hall Gallery, Wales (2010, 2006). He has also exhibited regularly at his representative gallery Hillsboro Fine Art, Dublin. A major mid-term exhibition of his work was held at the RHA Dublin (1996). His work has featured as part of major group exhibitions in Belgium, Canada, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA.

He is represented in major collections including The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, The Gordon Lambert Collection Irish Museum of Modern Art, The National Portrait Collection University of Limerick, Wexford County Council, Dublin City Council, Norwich Union, among many others.
