Dempsey, Michael

Michael Dempsey (b. Dublin, Ireland, 1966) studied at Dublin Institute of Technology and Hochschule der Kunst, Berlin.

Solo exhibitions include ‘Out There’ at Galway Arts Centre (2004) and ‘Seeing Things’ at Temple Bar Gallery & Studios, Dublin (1995). He is now Head of Exhibitions at Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane.

His work is included in the collections of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
