Margaret Becker (b. Dublin, Ireland) studied at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. Becker has created stained glass panels for churches and private houses in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.
In 1963 she set up a stained glass studio in Dublin with Patrick Pye. In 1998 she opened the Leinster Printmaking Studio. Solo presentations of Becker’s work include Kilkock Art Gallery, Co. Kildare (1993) and Peacock Theatre, Dublin (1981), 1978). She has exhibited in many group shows including Graphic Studio Gallery (2010, 2009, 2008) and the Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin (1996).
Her work is included in the collection of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
