Murphy, Lorraine

Lorraine Murphy (b. Limerick, Ireland) studied at La Vannecci Academia Di belle Arti Perugia, Italy and San Francisco Academy.

She took part in eva International, Limerick (1995); SADE ’87; a group show at Crawford Municipal Gallery, Cork (1987) and solo exhibitions at The Library, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick (1996); Belltable Arts Centre, Limerick (1989); and Jo Rain Gallery, Dublin. She was involved in the Dail co-op / Flag Café project, Broad Street, Limerick (1988-1991).

Her work is part of the The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon’s collection.
