Galvin, Martina

Martina Galvin (b. Dublin, Ireland) studied at National College of Art and Design, Dublin and South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education, Cardiff, Wales.

Solo presentations of her work include Sculpture in the Parklands, Co. Offaly (2008); Courthouse Arts Centre, Tinahely, Wicklow (2006); Crawford Municipal Gallery, Cork; Temple Bar Galleries, Dublin (1996); Wyschodnia Gallery, Lodz, Poland (1995); Cardiff Bay Art Trust Gallery, Cardiff, Wales (1993); and Royal Hospital Kilmainham (1998). She has participated in Oireachtas (1988); Clairemorris Open Exhibition (1988); and eva International, Limerick.

Her work is included in the collections of the The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and Crawford Municipal Gallery, Cork.
