Clea Van Der Grijn studied at National College of Art and Design.

Recent solo exhibitions include Cross Gallery, Dublin (2012, 2010, 2008, 2006, 2002); Hamilton Gallery Sligo (2012); The Model, Sligo (2011); The Dock, Carrick on Shannon (2008); Roscommon Arts Centre (2006). Selected Group exhibitions include ‘(sub)TEXT’, The Model, Sligo (2011); RHA, Dublin (2010); Science Museum, Dublin (2009) and The Lab (2008).

Van Der Grijn’s work is held in the collections of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, The Office of Public Works, Victoria and Albert Museum, London, Dublin City Council among others.
